This policy explains what information Sleep Brief (“we”) collects when you visit sleepbrief.com and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how people find us. It collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google may set cookies to do this.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
- Server logs. Our host keeps standard logs (such as IP address and browser) for security and to keep the site running.
Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The times and values you enter aren’t sent to us.
We don’t offer accounts, we don’t sell personal information, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. Affiliate partners may also set a cookie when you click a product link, so they can credit us if you buy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, you leave Sleep Brief and the retailer’s own privacy policy applies.
Advertising
We don’t show ads today. If we add them, we’ll update this page first to name the ad network and explain your choices.

Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Email hello@sleepbrief.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
